The red Revenue leakage this month card at the top totals up money lost to vacancy, unpaid dues, and discounts — a fast way to spot where you're losing income.
Scroll through Occupancy (vacancy, trends, low performers), Collections (pending dues, deposit collection percentage, and a "Guests to follow up with" list), Maintenance (open tickets, resolution time), and Expenses (trend and by-category breakdown). If you manage multiple properties, a Portfolio comparison table appears at the bottom.
