How do I set up WiFi details?

Set one property-wide network, then override it per floor or per room where it differs.

   Understand the three levels

   WiFi details cascade: Room override → Floor override → Property default. The most specific setting wins. Set the property default once, then only add overrides where a floor or room genuinely uses a different network.

   Set the property default

   Property → Overview tab → the WiFi card → click Edit. Enter the Network name (SSID) and Password. This applies to every room unless overridden.

   Override for a floor or a room

   Go to the property's WiFi tab. You'll see a floor-and-room matrix, each room showing its effective SSID plus a Property / Floor / Room badge telling you where that value came from.

   • Floor override: click Edit on the floor's header row
   • Room override: click Edit in that room's Override column

   To remove an override, clear the SSID — the room falls back to the next level up. There's a search box ("Search floor, room, or network") and an Export button for a CSV of the whole matrix.

   Viewing WiFi across properties

   Operations → WiFi shows the same matrix with a property selector, handy when you manage several properties. Note that this view is read-only for delegates — only owners and managers can edit WiFi there.
