Configure room types, sharing, and per-bed pricing.
From the sidebar, go to Rooms. If you manage multiple properties, pick the right one from the property switcher at the top.
Click + Add Room, give it a name or number, and choose the sharing type — single, double, or shared (3+ beds). Each bed in a shared room can carry its own rent and deposit.
Set the default rent and refundable deposit for the room (or per bed for shared rooms). These become the defaults offered when you onboard a guest — you can still override them per guest at onboarding time.
