Properties
Set up your first PG, hostel, or rental home in a guided step-by-step wizard.
From your Dashboard, click + Add Property. This opens a 5-step wizard with a progress bar at the top — you can save as a draft and come back at any step.
Enter the property name, choose its type (PG / hostel / co-living), and set the gender policy (Male / Female / Co-ed). Click Next.
Fill in the address fields and drop a pin on the map to set the exact location — this is what guests see when searching nearby. Add a landmark to make it easier to find.
Tick every amenity you offer from the checklist grid — WiFi, laundry, housekeeping, parking, food, and more. You can update this later from the property's Overview tab.
Drag and drop photos of the property, or click to upload. Pick one as the cover photo — this is the first image guests see in search results.
Check the summary card for everything you entered. Click Publish to make the property live, or Save as Draft to finish later. Once published, you'll be prompted to Add Rooms next.
